Toasty Sale is not responsible for what the user does with the user-generated content.

Toasty Sale is not liable for any damages or data loss resulting from the use of the software. We make no guarantees that the software will be free from bugs or interruptions. The software is provided ”as-is” and you use it at your own risk.

Price Adjustments

Toasty Sale provides its service by recurring monthly or yearly payments, without any extra hidden fees, unless you decide to pay for extra services provided by us. As we continue to improve the software and expand our services, the price may change.

All prices listed on our website are in EUR. If you make a purchase from outside Croatia or EU, please be aware that currency conversion rates may apply based on your location.

Refund Policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with our service. If you are not happy with your subscription, please review our refund policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for subscriptions are available within first 7 days of the initial purchase. After this period refunds will not be issued.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the billing cycle, after which your access to premium features will end.

3. Changes to Refund Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Croatia. However, if you are a consumer located in the EU, you will also be entitled to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
